I placed an order for delivery online, when will I receive it?
If you place your order online before Monday 11:59pm you can expect to receive your order on Thursday of that same week (local delivery).

Can I pick up my order instead of doing home delivery?
You sure can! We offer local pickups at the roastery (270 Cumberland St. N) every Wednesday and Thursday from 10am-3pm. The details for picking up will be included in your order confirmation email(s).

Do you offer shipping outside of Thunder Bay?
Yes - we can ship across Canada (calculated automatically at checkout). International customers are encouraged to contact us directly to make arrangements for shipping.

Can I get my coffee ground instead of whole bean?
Yes - though we strongly encourage you to grind coffee at home immediately before brewing. When placing an order online, there will be grinding options available (not available on subscriptions).

Do you add any flavouring to the coffee? 
No - we do not add anything but time and attention to detail to our coffee. Tasting notes refer solely to the natural flavour profiles of the beans.

Do you offer wholesale options?

Is RnCRC open to local fundraisers?
Yes - New fundraiser requests require a minimum of 2 months notice in order to sort out all the necessary details and arrangements. Please contact us via the Contact page to start the conversation.

Pickup, Delivery, and Shipping
All pickup, delivery, and shipping timeframes are subject to change due to staffing capacity and frankly, the weather in Thunder Bay. Local pickups are currently available at the roastery every Wednesday and Thursday from 10am-3pm. We currently do local home delivery on Thursdays and ship out of town orders once per week (usually on Tuesday/Wednesday) via Canada Post with tracking. If your package does not arrive as planned, please contact us to work together to address the issue.

Returns and Refunds
We do not offer returns on coffee beans once they have left our production facility. This is a safety precaution to ensure quality control and product tracing measures remain intact. However, our top priority is that you are loving your RnCRC experience - if you have any questions or concerns about something you have purchased from us, please let us know and we can work together to find a solution. Returns or refunds for gear and merchandise purchased online available within 14 days of purchase/receipt of item(s). 

Rose N Crantz Roasting Co is committed to protecting the privacy and accuracy of confidential information to the extent possible, subject to provisions or provincial and federal law. Other than as required by laws that guarantee public access to certain types of information, or in response to subpoenas or other legal instruments that authorize access, personal information is not actively shared with external parties.
