The Chemex was designed in 1941 and is displayed in museums around the world, including a permanent display at MOMA in New York City. It’s also the preferred brewing method of James Bond in the 1957 novel by Ian Fleming. So obviously it’s a well loved and classic pour over method that looks beautiful and produces an amazing brew!
